Steeplejack Brewery

Portland, Oregon

We were so very blessed to celebrate the support of our (local) clients, partners, and friends with a special in-person gathering. We toasted those we serve who could not join us – your work and support means so much to us! It was such a fun and uplifting moment.

We love all our values – but creating meaningful space for amazing work has always felt the core to everything.

That work has evolved over the years but a real commonality is the idea that we don’t have the answers. We create a container that embeds a sense of safety, agency, confidence, and fun so that people can do their best work – whether strategic planning, company volunteering, or one-on-one coaching.

Here’s to building a space that we want to be a part of. 🩵

Special thanks to Eliana Mendez and Human Centric Media for capturing the very special vibe of our gathering.
